Dans le menu au démarrage de linux, tu as les options avancées,
as tu essayé de démarrer sur un noyau antérieur ?

Sinon docker je connais uniquement comme container serveur

Avec la commande ping, on voit que 66% des paquets sont perdus.
Essaye de démarrer avec un noyau antérieur pour voir si tu as le même problème...

J'ai supprimé docker.io (j'en ai eu besoin en décembre)
J'ai relancé avec un autre kernel

et la commande ping me donne ça :

Et pas de problème de paquet perdu en bootant sur la clé usb ?
C'est étrange.
Je n'ai pas trop d'idées.
A moins que le problème ne se trouve entre la prise ethernet murale et la box,voir de la box...
Mais pourquoi pas de problème avec Win7 ???

Nope, ça a l'air de marcher sur la clé bootable

Mais avant je pense que je vais désinstaller puis réinstaller ma carte ethernet via windows, sait-on jamais

Donc j'ai déconnecté puis reconnecté la carte via W7 (et vérifié que tout marchait bien sur cet OS), puis je suis repassé LMDE
En gros j'ai toujours certains paquets qui passent mais jamais a 100%
Les sites "léger" passent mais pas certains plus lourd.

Perso je mettrai plutôt mes billes sur le pilote (il y a eu une maj récemment je crois) ou un souci de config.

Vous savez comment restaurer les anciens pilotes de l'Ethernet ? Ça se fait via Synaptic ?

ça a vraiment l'air d'être lié au noyau,

peut être tu pourrais mettre à jour des initramfs :

sudo update-initramfs -u -k all

puis redémarres et dis nous si ça s'améliore

j'ai déjà eu de gros ralentissement avec des cpl ...
