internal-error for CUPS

Bonjour
Mon imprimante canon mf742cdw , fonctionnait très bien jusqu'à ce matin.
Et puis d'un coup, ça ne marche plus.
Par contre sur ma machine virtuelle Windows qui tourne en virtual box, ça marche.
Donc je pense que le problème vient de CUPS dont voici le http://localhost:631/admin/log/error_log:

Bonjour,
moi, tout d'abord, je passerais à la dernière version de Mint. puis réinstallation de l'imprimante avec les pilotes trouvés ci-dessous.

Sinon, sans changer de version de Mint, je désinstallerais l'imprimante, puis réinstallation des pilotes ( https://www.canon.fr/support/consumer_p ... 20(64-bit) ).
