Bonjour.

Comment l'imprimante a t'elle pu fonctionner par le passé ?
Alors que le paquet Hplip 3.14 ne supporte pas votre modèle d'imprimante

Donc on va installer le paquet adéquat.
Je ne sais pas d'ailleurs quelle Linux vous utilisez ?
Ubuntu ? Si oui quelle version ?
Mint ? Si oui quelle version ?
Quel environnement ?

Donc on va employer la méthode qui résout tous les soucis, à savoir installer le pilote hplip par "compilation" en lançant le script, rien de compliqué, ne pas s'affoler

Premièrement, on télécharge le script officiel (c'est celui pour Linux Mint)

une fois que c'est téléchargé, il va falloir lancer le script.
On commence par se rendre dans le répertoire "Téléchargements"

Pour ça, on ouvre un terminal avec les raccourcis
CTRL + ALT + t
une fois dans le terminal, on tape ceci

cd /home/votre-nom-d'utilisateur/Téléchargements

REMPLACER "VOTRE-NOM-D'UTILISATEUR" PAR LE NOM DONNÉ LORS DE L'INSTALLATION.
Le nom est egalement disponible dans le terminal, le premier avant l'arobase
chez moi c'est victoria@debian-asus ~

et ensuite on lance le script, toujours dans le terminal, en faisant cette commande

Code : Tout sélectionner

sh hplip-3.17.11.run

et on valide avec la touche entrée.

Et ensuite on suit les instructions données à l'écran, c'est en anglais, mais c'est compréhensible.

Bien suivre chaque étape, tout est expliqué.
J'ai personnellement procédé de cette façon et tout fonctionne très bien.

Suite à une mauvaise manipulation, j'ai désinstallé 3.15 et je me suis retrouvée avec le 3.14.
Quant à la version, c'est Linux Mint 17 Qiana.
J'ai installé la version 3.17.11 et je vous transmets le détail du terminal.

Le nom de l'imprimante est HP-Deskjet-3630-series
et le nom de l'imprimante scan est Deskjet_3630_series

Cette partie que vous m'avez donné, c'est la partie où il vous demande de brancher et d'allumer l'imprimante, pour que l'installateur vous la configure automatiquement.

Vous avez répondu "i" donc vous avez ignoré l'étape, donc l'installation n'a pas pu se poursuivre...

Et ensuite à l'étape suivante vous avez encore mis "i" pour l'interactive mode, il fallait mettre " gui mode"

là il vous demander si vous vouliez l'interface graphique pour gérer votre imprimante, en ayant mis l'interactive mode, ça sera via le terminal.

c'est tout expliqué et détaillé, il faut prendre le temps de le lire.
Vous avez ignoré de partout durant la compilation, forcément rien ne va fonctionner, et il y aura des messages d'erreur.....

Désolée pour le retard, mais j'ai essayé de comprendre comment intégrer une image à mon message.
Je ne peux toujours pas scanner, car le nom de mon périphérique simple-scan n'est pas bon. J'ai regardé un peu partout sur internet. Je vous joins l'image,

De plus, je suis vraiment nulle en anglais. Merci de votre aide et de votre compréhension.

je ne comprends pas.
Le nom du scanner est bien le bon sur la capture d'écran que vous avez posté ??
C'est bien écrit HP Deskjet 3630, du coup je ne comprends pas quand vous dites que simple-scan ne reconnait pas le scanner

Et pour l'anglais, au risque de me répéter, il y a ce lien en français

Avec ce lien qu'est ce que vous ne comprenez pas ??
Tout est indiqué étape par étape pour justement aidé les personnes non à l'aise avec l'anglais...

En suivant le lien, l'imprimante et le scanner fonctionneront, puisqu'ils sont supporté par Hplip...

Je voudrais savoir pourquoi, je ne peux toujours pas scanner avec mon imprimante. Je pense avoir suivi toutes les instructions données.

Salut,

As-tu essayé le logiciel «xsane» qui est bien plus complet que «simple-scan» ?

Pour l'installer, vas soit dans le gestionnaire de logiciels, soit dans le terminal saisis cette commande :

J'ai désinstallé simple-scan.
J'ai tapé dans le terminal, les données que tu m'as donné. Voici, le résultat :

Donc xsane était déjà installé.

As-tu essayé de l'utiliser pour faire tes scans ?
Tu devrais le retrouver dans le Menu mais ne connaissant pas ton environnement de bureau, je ne saurais te dire où (chez moi avec l'environnement de bureau XFCE, il se trouve dans «Menu>Infographie>Xsane»)

Sinon, tu peux le lancer en lançant simplement cette commande en terminal :
