Boot fastidieux sur disque GPT

Bonjour,
J'ai installé Linux MINT Cinnamon 20 sur un nouveau disque vierge SSD en GPT sur un portable Samsung Notebook NP400B5B-AG3FR en mode Legacy
Création d'une petite partition non formaté au début du disque bios_grub.
Pas de démarrage direct au Boot.

Reboot and select proper boot device.
un appui sur [Echap] affiche les disques disponibles (ici le SSD et le CD) : là je peux démarrer Linux MINT.

Et donc ? quelle est la question ?
si t'es en uefi ( partitionnement GPT) il faut que tu installes le grub sur "sda" pas sur "sda1".

par contre si tu es en "legacy" (bios → partitionnement MBR) il faut que tu mettes ton grub sur la 1ère partition du disque ("sda1" selon ton dernier message).

Cependant, ta "question" est floue, c'est quoi qui marche pas ????

tu es en mode Bios-legacy donc installe ton grub sur la partition "sda1", si tu ne veux pas faire ça toi même en terminal, lance boot-repair : https://sourceforge.net/p/boot-repair/home/fr/

c'est l'inverse, il faut que tu mettes ton grub sur "sda" si t'es en "legacy / mbr" .

J'ai donc relancé Boot-repair en forçant le boot sur sda.

Bonjour,
Finalement, je pense que cela vient du Bios trop ancien.
Donc, j'ai recréer la table de partition en mode Ms-Dos sur le disque SSD
Puis, réinstallé Linux MINT.
Tout fonctionne correctement maintenant.
