Le problème alors est peut-être ailleurs ?
Juste avant ce problème je me souviens avoir eu un message dans lequel il était question de "cache". Puis je n'arrivais plus à fermer mes fichiers: pb Entrée/Sortie?
Bon j'ai déjà récupéré tous mes fichiers ce qui n'est pas rien.
