impossible de redémaré apres des mise a jours..

Bonjours a tous. J’aurais besoin de vos lumières. Voila je suis sous cinnamon 19.1 le tout sur un ASUS. Le système m'indique qu'il y a des mises a jour de possible , je lance les MAJ et c me demande de redémarrer pour finir le travail .Je redémarre et là ... ça commence a sentir moins bon. Démarrage en mode de dépannage :( , pas trop grave sauf que aucunes options ne fonctionne , et tout les 'é' sont remplacé par des @. Bon bha , direct lancement en usb-live et j'utilise l'outil réparateur de démarrage et quand je relance le boussin ça me met devant un écran de GNU GRUB 2.02 ( celui qu'a fraîchement installer l'outil réparateur de démarrage) je joint un photo de l’écran. Et la je sèche car mes compétences s’arrête là j'avoue. voila mes questions sont dans l'ordre de preference :D . Est il possible de restaurer mon système? Ou de récupéré mes fichiers perso pour mettre la version 20 mais je ne vois pas mes fichiers ( comme y accéder ). Voila ou j'en suis . je suis ouvert a tout les conseils et bouée pour me sortir de là. si vous voulez plus de précisions ce sera avec plaisir. Merci de votre aide :)

Est il possible de restaurer mon système? Ou de récupéré mes fichiers perso pour mettre la version 20 mais je ne vois pas mes fichiers ( comme y accéder ).
Il faut le monter et tu y auras accès
