Je lui installé les sensors.
Il a 3 capteurs :
- temp1 : carte pci adapter : c'est la CG.
- temp2 (j'ai oublié le nom sur son pc) : cpu comme le signale Alain et c'est ce que je pressentais aussi
- disk temp : c'est hdd

Après install, j'ai relevé juste après l'install : environ 40°, 30° et 27°
J'ai cherché à faire monter la température.
Au premier test, j'ai lancé le gestionnaire de pilotes. Il lui a fallu 2 ou 3 minutes (sablier) pour finalement afficher qu'il n'y avait pas besoin de nouveaux pilotes (mais on ne sait pas quel pilote graphique est utilisé). Il a monté en température :
la CG : 36 à 43°C, cpu : 35 et hdd 33°
Ensuite, j'ai lancé le gestionnaire de mises à jour (écusson bleu). Il a mouliné 2 ou 3 minutes avant d'arriver à la liste des mises à jour.
Températures relevées :
CG : 60°
cpu : 38°,
hdd : 32°
Et après, il a buggué : écran noir.

Second test :
après remise en route du pc (tout de suite après le bug) :
je lui ai fait ouvrir différentes vidéos (mp4) avec vlc par le lecteur multimédia (vlc n'affichait pas les images ce soir) :
les températures ont monté :
CG : jusqu'à 60°C
cpu : 51°C
hdd : 40°C

La personne me dit que la pc est de plus en plus lent : 30 secondes pour lancer libreoffice sans ouvrir de document.
Voilà les infos que j'ai pu relever avec sensors.

Donc: ati,radeon...Et comme c'est exactement ce qu'il faut pour une HD 6850, le gestionnaire de pilote te dit qu'il n' y a pas besoin d'autres.

Bonsoir,

J'ai eu bien du mal à prendre la main : impossible de taper quoi que ce soit.
J'ai réussi tant bien que mal à taper les commandes. Pour la dernière commande :

Comme j'avais des problèmes d'accès par le clavier, je lui ai demandé de redémarrer.
Le redémarrage au lieu vers 21 h 09.

J'ai modifié le /etc/systemd/timesyncd.conf comme tu me l'as conseillé.
J'ai laissé le # mais j'ai eu un doute. Il fallait l'enlever ou pas ?

Nota : Je prends la main avec Anydesk. Je vois qu'il y a des erreurs aussi avec anydesk.
Je posterai dans un nouveau fil pour le problème Anydesk car j'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés ce soir.

Bonjour à tous,

Comme on tourne en rond pour cette panne, j'ai changé l'alim pour essayer de cerner cette panne : logicielle ou matérielle.
Pour sortir l'alim, j'ai du sortir au 3/4 la carte mère pour avoir le passage pour l'alim.
Mais j'ai dû débrancher les câbles sata sur la cm. Je n'ai pas relevé leur position exacte sur la cm. J'ai remonté la cm et tous les câbles et sans doute pas à leur position identique sur la cm.
Quand j'ai redémarré linux, il s'est mis à vérifier le disque dur (durée 1/2 heure au moins). Il a réparé des secteurs soi disant défectueux. Mais le disque est maintenant presque plein.
La personne me ramène la tour en fin d'après-midi pour que je puisse m'en occuper et l'observer comment il réagit.

Comment savoir où sont stockés les fichiers créés lors de la réparation ? Pourrais-je les supprimer avant d'installer la 20.1 ?

Ensuite, je lui installerai la 20.1 mate au lieu de la 19.2 mate actuellement.
Je verrai alors si le phénomène persiste.
