probleme installation

bonjour
j'ai un souci que je n'ai jamais eu jusqu'à présent
à l'installation quand je choisis autre chose la table de partition voit bien les partitions windows mais j'ai une ligne inutil correspondant à la partie vide du disque pour installer mint. je dois conserver win ce n'est pas mon ordi perso
impossible de créer des partitions,
ordi hp élite 8300SFF SSD 480 Go

Bonjour
Pourrais tu mettre une capture d'ecran de l’installateur au stade que tu cites (après Autre chose) et une de gparted qui est présent sur le live d'installation

impossible d'envoyer les captures d’écran, désolé
je dois être mongolito

toujours au meme point, j'ai passé des heures à chercher, rien trouvé
le disque est en NTFS dois je le convertir en GPT ?
j'ai fait des dizaines d'install sans problème, j'ai jamais vu ça

Hi,
Dans le Bios met le "Fast Boot" sur "Disabed".
Depuis Win utilise la fonction "Redémarrer" pour booter sur le support d'installation de Mint.

bonjour à tous
le problème est partiellement résolu...
explication : windaube ne peut gérer que 4 partitions
j'en avais 5
j'ai supprimé la partition de restauration et j'ai pu écrire sur l'espace inutile
j'ai installé mint sans gros problème, mais il y a un souci avec grub
si je démarre normalement je me retrouve avec un message grub et une invite de commande
si je démarre par le bios et choisis hard disk drive tout se passe bien et j'ai la page de choix mint ou win
j'ai installé boot-repair mais sans résultat
je vais essayer de vous envoyer le rapport ( je suis sur un autre ordi)

Depuis une session live d'une clé USB tu lances Boot Repair et tu lui laisses faire la réparation standard qu'il propose.
