Wifi très lent sous mint

Bonjour,
Je viens d'installer la fibre chez moi (fournisseur CanalBox, je suis au Gabon) et c'est hyper lent sur mon ordi quand je suis sous Linux Mint... Avec le même ordinateur ou mon smartphone, pas de problème... Je ne suis pas très calée en réseau, pourriez-vous m'aider à améliorer la situation afin de ne plus attendre parfois plusieurs minutes avant qu'une page ne se charge ?

J'ai lancé la commande proposée pour définir un REGDOMAIN mais c'est toujours très lent.

Pour rappel, je suis au Gabon.

Je donne internet à mon linux via le partage de connexion de mon smartphone car ça devient saoulant d'attendre de longues minutes pour chaque requête internet, et ça marche sans problème. Le problème vient uniquement quand je suis connectée à la nouvelle box en wifi. Elle est positionnée en hauteur, donc pas possible de tester en ethernet
