Je reviens vers vous, après un certain nombre de mois sans problème, pour un dysfonctionnement de mon imprimante.
Elle s'est mise tout d'un coup à ne plus vouloir imprimer ou scanner. Enfin, quand je dis tout à coup, c'est pas tout à fait vrai... c'est à la suite d'une coupure de son alimentation électrique sans passer par la case "arrêt".
Lorsque je souhaite imprimer ou scanner l'erreur est "imprimante connecté ?"
