Pour les retours de commande du terminal, ce serait mieux de ne pas mettre de photos, mais juste un retour en code comme ceci

METTRE LES RETOUR DE TERMINAL DANS LES BALISE CODE
POUR FACILITER LA LECTURE NOTAMMENT
Parce que là les images ne donnent rien, ce sont des liens invalides, du coup on ne sait pas ce que dit le retour du terminal...
Et de ce fait on n'avance pas

Voilà ce que cela donne dans le terminal.
Xsane s'ouvre mais en cliquant sur numériser cela donne :"Echec du démarrage du scanner : périphérique occupé".
Merci.
Pour les images, je suis désolée si elles ne sont pas bonnes, mais je pensais que j'avais bien copier le lien, apparemment non.

J'ai entré hp-doctor dans le terminal pour comprendre pourquoi, le scan ne fonctionne pas.

A la fin du terminal on a ce message.
Ça veut dire qu'il y a 6 actions en attente..
Dans cups, en repassant comme hier par chromium avec l'adresse
localhost:631
Vous avez combien d'imprimante détectée par cups ??
Il y a un problème quelque part. D'après le terminal il trouve 7 fois la même imprimante.. Avec toute une action dans cups en attente.
Donc certaines qui sont en warning..
On va essayer de virer l'imprimante dans cups..

Dans la liste des imprimantes, j'en ai trois qui sont inoccupées et quatre qui sont en pause. Dans l'une d'elle apparait ceci "DeskJet 3630 Device (Automatically setup by HPLIP) ". Est-ce celle-ci que vous cherchez ?
J'en ai installé trop, parce que à chaque fois, je cherchais comment faire fonctionner le scan.
Je suis d'accord, j'ai bien trop d'imprimante.
Sans brancher l'imprimante au pc, j'ai fait une recherche par le terminal sur hp-systray. Je ne sais si cela peut aider.

Bonjour,
je rappel ce tuto
Poster une image, capture d'écran
mais de toutes façons, les retours du terminal sont à faire en
copier/coller et à poster entre les balises "code" et non pas en capture d'écran, comme fait dans le message précédent
pour l'utilisation des balises voir
tuto barre d'outils des messages

Ok donc on a nos fameuses 7 imprimantes, et leurs actions en cours.
Si vous y arrivez, si vous savez faire, vous supprimez toutes les imprimantes sauf celle mentionné
DeskJet 3630 Device (Automatically setup by HPLIP), on la garde pour le moment.
Une fois les imprimantes supprimées, vous débranchez l'imprimante.
Vous éteignez le pc.
Vous branchez l'imprimante.
Et vous démarrez le pc.
Et vous tentez a nouveau de scanner.
Si toujours un échec, vous me dites.
Pour le message de hp systray, c'est pas nécessaire, du moment que l'imprimante n'est pas branchée, ça donnera forcement une erreur mais sans réelle valeur.

J'ai bien supprimé les imprimantes dans localhost:631.
Il n'en reste plus qu'une.

Bon on supprime alors la dernière imprimante présente dans localhost:631
et vous allez relancer dans le terminal
vous laissez aller jusqu'au bout mais arriver aux paramètres de permissions

Ca va reconfigurer et supprimer les éventuelles imprimantes et taches en cours.
Une fois l'opération terminée, vous redémarrez à nouveau le pc.
Et vous essayez de scanner à nouveau.
