WiFi indisponible sur MSI EX710

Salut la communauté,

J'ai récupéré récemment le vieil ordinateur de ma cousine, un MSI EX710, avec l'objectif de le lui retaper. J'ai donc installé Mint 19 dessus et ai réussi à tout configurer proprement, mis à part ce fichu WiFi. Je ne me l'explique pas trop, car a priori les pilotes sont installés (il s'agit d'un Qualcomm Atheros AR242x / AR542x), l'interface wlp2s0 apparait avec ifconfig, mais aucun réseau n'apparait et iwlist scan me renvoie "No scan results".

Avez-vous une idée de la direction dans laquelle je pourrais chercher ? Voici le retour des quelques commandes essentielles :

Merci pour ta réponse. Je viens d'essayer, la ligne a bien été ajoutée en fin de fichier, mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas. Par contre, le comportement est différent : iwlist scan ne me renvoie plus "No scan results", mais "Failed to read scan data : Network is down".

Il y en a bien un, mais le Wifi est bien enclenché, c'est juste qu'il ne détecte aucun réseau...

Voir peut être de l'autre coté (box) si ton pc est visible.

On voit donc qu'il est «Hard blocked: yes», c'est à dire qu'il est bloqué au niveau matériel (=hard) et débloqué au niveau logiciel (=soft).
Donc, l'interrupteur (ou touche-clavier) qui permet d'allumer le wifi sur le PC n'est pas enclenché.

Ok, merci pour l'info. Par contre, ce qui m'étonne c'est que je l'ai activé via la barre des tâches (et il apparaît bien comme tel), tu penses que ce n'est pas suffisant ?
(comprend rien au hard/soft pardon)
