scan avec HP deskjet 2821e

Bonjour,
je cherche à realiser des scans multipages sur ma HP deskjet 2821e.
les divers logiciels de scan ne detectent pas mon imprimante.
j'ai vérifié que la version de hplip installée (3.23.12) était bien supérieure à celle requise par l'imprimante (3.23.8).
si je lance hp-setup en ayant branché un cable usb entre l'ordi et l'imprim, il ne semble pas y avoir de communication ("device1/0 error")
