Mess.erreur connection télephone vers PC sous Mint

Bonjour, j'essaye de faire reconnaitre mon Tel à Mint pour transfert photos via DigiKam app. Une fois connecté via USB pas de pb je peux acceder au phone...mais message erreur suivant "Erreur lors de l'initialisation de l'appareil photo:-53:could not claim the USB device" .Sur le tel "Transfert des photos (PTP)" activé. Je peux y arriver en demontant le Tel qui reste branché puis en ouvrant DigiKam et import.... 
Comment regler le pb pour que cela fonctionne automatiquement ? Merci à vous
