Scanner HP qui ne marche pas

Bonjour
J'ai installé une HP 2810e sans soucis (via HPLIP) mais impossible de scanner. Xsane et Numériseur de documents trouvent la HP mais j'ai un message d'erreur de connexion......
Pourquoi ?

Bonjour
j'ai installé HPLIP depuis les dépots et j'ai ensuite utilisé HP device manager
Xsane m'affiche un message "d'erreur d'ouverture du périphérique : hpaio:/usb:deskjet__2800_serie?serial:CN53SJWJHT". Erreur d'entrée/sortie sur le périphérique"
