imprimante brother dcp 7010 l: problème scan

Bonjour,
j'ai mis il y a quelque temps dans la bibliothèque de ma commune un mini pc avec Linux Mint 22.3 - Cinnamon 64-bit.
j'ai récupéré une imprimante brother dcp 7010 l.
tout va bien au niveau impression, mais au niveau scanneur, ça bloque.
le simple-scam (application min) ne trouve pas le scanneur
j'ai installé brscan2-0.2.5-1.amd64.deb, pas mieux.
j'ai mis VueScan (logithèque) et là, ça fonctionne (sauf que le scan a droit à un "version d'essai" au milieu du scan).
j'ai donc simple scan qui ne trouve pas le scaneur et vuescan qui, lui, le trouve.
une idée ??

j'ai installé mon imprimante brother il y a peu
Tu dois avoir une commande fourni par le paquet pour reconnaître le scanner
Instruction du site Brother:
Comment installer
Download the driver.
Login as a superuser (or use "sudo" option if required) .
Check if pre-required procedures are completed
For Debian, Ubuntu
Install the driver.
Turn on your MFC/DCP and connect the USB cable.
Open the terminal and go to the directory where the driver is.
Install the scanner driver.
Command (for dpkg) : dpkg -i --force-all (scanner-drivername)
Check if the driver is installed.
Command (for dpkg) : dpkg -l | grep Brother
For USB Users:
Use your scanning application by a superuser and try a test scan.
Use your usb-connected scanner by a user without administrator privileges.
For Network Users:
***Use brsaneconfig (for brscan models), brsaneconfig2 (for brscan2 models), brsaneconfig3 (for brscan3 models), brsaneconfig4 (for brscan4 models) or brsaneconfig5 (for brscan5 models) accordingly.
Add network scanner entry
Command : brsaneconfig4 -a name=(name your device) model=(model name) ip=xx.xx.xx.xx
Confirm network scanner entry
Command : brsaneconfig4 -q | grep (name of your device)
Open a scanner application and try a test scan.

Chez moi mon installation est imprimante appairé sur le réseaux local, le DHCP de la box attribue une adresse ip a l'imprimante
ensuite je lance la commande
Code : Tout sélectionner
brsaneconfig3 -a name="Brother_MFC-490CW" model="MFC-490CW" ip=192.168.1.13
le scanner est reconnu:
device `brother3:net1;dev0' is a Brother MFC-490CW Brother_MFC-490CW[/quote}

Brother propose un script pour installer leurs imprimantes/scanners
https://www.brother.ch/fr-ch/support/dcp7010/downloads
Il y a les explications sur la page pour utiliser le script.
J'ai une autre Brother et cela fonctionne.
