Bonjour à tous,
Mon vieux petit ebook Assus qui tournait sous XUbuntu vient de calencher; le sentant venir, j'ai fait une copie de mon /home sur un disque USB. Je ne sais plus quelle était la version de XUbuntu, je pense que c'était 18. J'envisage un nouveau petit pc avec Mint Cinnamon dernière version. Est ce que je pourrai récupérer mon /home, ou au moins mes documents et si possible mes applis "exotiques" et est ce que je dois prendre des précautions particulières pour cela lors de l'installation ?

Bien sûr que tu pourras récupérer ton /home.
Fais ton installation et ensuite tu copies tout ce que tu avais sauvegardé sur ton disque USB vers le "/home/Ton_Nom" de ta nouvelle installation.
À ceci près : évite de copier les dossiers cachés (qui commencent par un point «.blaBla») car ils contiennent des configurations (notamment de logiciels) qui pourraient ne pas être compatibles avec la nouvelle verssion de Linux que tu vas installer.
