Écrans HDMI ne sont plus détectés

Bonjour,

Mon ordinateur portable LDLC ne détecte plus mes écrans HDMI : moniteur HP pour ordi ou télévision Sony.
Ces derniers fonctionnent bien avec un autre ordi donc aucun problème matériel.

Pourriez-vous SVP m'aider à savoir ce qu'il s'est passé ?

Par ailleurs la touche FN+F7 (qui permet de changer d'écran/affichage) n'a jamais fonctionné depuis que j'ai cet ordi et Linux Mint 20.1.
Sauriez-vous comment rétablir cette fonction ?
