La commande sudo mount -a retourne ce message :

J'ai donc redémarré et ça a été pris en compte. Enfin pas vraiment ! Si la partition chiffrée en LUKS est bien considérée comme /home après redémarrage, sur l'écran de connexion de la phrase de passe LUKS, le clavier ne fonctionne pas. Seul un CTRL + ALT + SUP parvient à faire redémarrer la machine.
J'ai fait une recherche et il semblerait que le problème vienne de GRUB. Il est expliqué (bien que ça ne semble pas marcher pour tout le monde) qu'il faut remplacer :

Je précise que je n'avais jamais eu le moindre souci avec LUKS avant cette nouvelle installation.
