Bonsoir à tous,
Suite à une réinstallation de GRUB sur ma LM, je peux plus allez sur internet ni recevoir/envoyer des messages....
Je suis pourtant bien connecté et c'est affiché....
Là je suis sur mon disque Windows: là fonctionne bien !!!
J'ai fait une comparaison avec une autre insall de LM que j'ai sur un autre laptop: je vois rien de différent.
Je cherche d’où vient le problème: mais je sèche :oops ?????

La réinstall du grub ne doit pas influer sa ta connexion internet
Ensuite le fait qu'elle soit opérationnelle sous windows n'a rien à voir...

Tu dis que tu es connecté ? Filaire ? Wifi ?

As tu regardé dans dmesg à la recherche d'erreurs ?

le man de nmcli, c'était pas la peine de le mettre, on a le même à la maison. C'est pour toi que Cyrille te disait de faire:

pour que toi tu le lise.

Sinon, pour ton problème, je n'ai (pas encore) pas lu ton dmesg, mais tu n'aurais pas un pare feu (de l'OS ou de la box) actif qui te fermerai les ports?
Je dis ça, au cas ou...Si c’était le cas ça t'éviterai d'attendre le retour de Cyrille, ou que je lise (peut être :l ) ton retour de dmesg.

Lis le ou lis une doc dessus, tu verras quelques commandes de base pour "tester" (connaitre) les paramètres et conf de ta connexion internet et nous les copier afin qu'on puisse t'aider en connaissance de cause

Tu peux franciser les man, installe le paquet de langue ;) si tu préfères

merci Cyrille et Alain de vous intéresser à mon petit blème.
j'ai bien éditer le man nmcli, mais je ne sais pas quoi rechercher et taper comme cde "mon anglais est bien trop succinct"
le ping lemonde me retourne "unknown host lemonde"
quelles cdes je dois taper pour afficher la connexion et voir où ça pèche ? et faire une rectification .....
Dans ce laptop j'ai 2 hdd: 1 windows 10 et 1 Mint 18.3 qui sont installés et également un hdd externe avec Manjaro: windows et manjaro se connectent sans problème par contre Mint ouvre bien mon réseau (en wifi ou filaire) mais impossible de me connecter.
si vous avez une idée avant de devoir faire une réinstall: j'aimerais bien comprendre :roll:
J'ai besoin que l'on me prenne par la main :oops:
