bluetooth inutilisable

Bonjour,

j'ai essayé plusieurs solutions mais impossible pour moi de connecter quoi que ce soit en bluetooth... je n'arrive pas à trouver la solution..

Donc si possible j'aimerai bien un petit coup de main, parce que la je suis perdu..

maintenant je vois mes appareils, mais par exemple impossible de connecter mon casque Bose QC35... tout est en mode appairage, mais il reste en mode "non configuré" sur le pc

sans doute redemarrer ensuite le service bluetooth

il existe une commande pour uniquement redemarrer le bluetooth sans devoir redemarrer le pc?

malheureusementtoujours rien... je vois bien le casque dans les péripherique bluetooth, mais impossible de le connecter.

J'ai toujours droit à "Host is Down"

J'ai également essayer avec une autre paire d'écouteurs (Jabra) et impossible également
