Le Pc de ma soeur ne démarre plus après le changement des barrettes de Ram. Le Grub s'affiche au démarrage et puis ça passe sur un écran noir sans démarrer. Elle est en Dual Boot (Windows7/ Linux Mint 21.3 xfce). D'après les informations que j'ai trouvé je pense avoir les bonnes barrettes. Voici les infos sur la Ram, la CM, System, Bios et sur le Pc:

Est ce que ces Barrettes sont bien compatibles? Et si oui que faire pour les faire reconnaitre par le PC? D'après ce que j'ai pu lire sur le net il faudrait mettre à jour le Bios. Mais ce n'est pas sans risque et je ne sais pas le faire!!
Ou peut-être réparer le menu Grub??
